All rough rice sales shall be governed by the provisions of the Uniform Rice Sales Policy. All persons who submit a bid under this system, and all persons who place rice for sale under this system, acknowledge that they have read the Uniform Rice Sales Policy and agree to be bound by its terms. All bid submissions or confirmations delivered to Rice Belt Warehouse, Inc. via E-Mail or the Internet shall be considered as made in writing and shall be considered as signed by the purchasing party or his/their authorized agent.

Rice Belt Warehouse, Inc. will evaluate all submitted samples of rice. Rice Belt Warehouse, Inc. only guarantees the following milling yields and grades:

1. For rice that is located in Rice Belt Warehouse, Inc. facilities, Rice Belt Warehouse, Inc. guarantees the milling yields and grades of the submitted sample and the corresponding stored rice.

2. For rice that is not located in Rice Belt Warehouse, Inc. facilities, the milling yields and grades are based on the submitted sample only, and Rice Belt Warehouse, Inc. does not guarantee that the submitted sample represents the corresponding rice.

Rice Belt Warehouse, Inc. does not in any way, either expressly or by implication, make any representations, guarantees, inducements, or promises regarding the financial condition of any buyer or the ability of any buyer to perform any obligation arising out of any rice sales or other contract. Sellers assume all responsibility for investigating the creditworthiness and ability to perform of all buyers and enter into all rice sales transactions solely at their own risk.
